Common Symptom
F1
Oven sensor fault
High
Setting any oven programme results in a cold cavity — neither the bake element, broil element, nor the convection fan element activates when F1 is active.
View
F2
Oven overheating trip
High
During broiling or high-temperature roasting the oven suddenly cuts out with F2, leaving the cavity very hot and food undercooked.
View
F3
Oven door latch fault
Medium
After the self-clean cycle completes and the oven cools, the door remains locked and F3 is shown — items inside the oven are inaccessible until the latch is manually released.
View
F4
Induction coil fault
High
A specific cooktop zone on the range shows F4 and refuses to activate regardless of which compatible pan is placed on it.
View
F5
Oven convection fan fault
Medium
When a fan-forced programme is running the back of the oven cavity is silent — the fan that normally produces a steady hum is not turning.
View
F6
System communication fault
High
Neither the oven section nor any induction zone responds to user input — the range display may be active but all cooking functions are locked out.
View
F7
Surface heat sensor fault
Medium
The hot surface warning on one or more cooktop zones remains lit even after the range has been cold for several hours, indicating a false-hot reading from the surface sensor.
