Common Symptom
E01
Oven temp sensor fault
High
The oven begins to preheat but cuts out before reaching the set temperature, leaving food undercooked.
View
E02
Upper element fault
High
Selecting the broil or grill mode results in a cold oven cavity — food placed under the upper element does not brown or cook.
View
E03
Lower element fault
High
With the lower element out of service the oven may only partially heat from the fan element, resulting in long preheat times and uneven cooking.
View
E04
Cooling fan fault
Medium
The cooling fan, which is normally audible as a gentle hum during and after oven use, is completely silent indicating the motor has stopped.
View
E05
Door latch fault
Medium
After a self-clean cycle the door does not unlock even after the oven cools to a safe temperature, trapping items inside and preventing further use.
View
E06
Convection fan fault
Medium
When a fan-forced programme is selected the oven is silent at the back wall — no airflow hum or blade movement is detected.
View
E07
Control panel fault
Medium
Pressing programme selection or temperature buttons produces no response — the display does not change and no mode is activated.
View
E08
Overheating / thermal cut-out
High
During roasting or broiling at high settings the oven suddenly shuts off with E08 showing — food is left unfinished and the oven cavity is extremely hot.
