Code Meaning Severity Common Symptom

E1 Freezer sensor fault High Ice cream loses firmness, meat develops ice crystals on the surface, and items that should be rock-solid feel soft because the compressor is running without accurate temperature feedback. View E2 Defrost circuit fault Medium With automatic defrost suspended, ice accumulates on the evaporator coils behind the back panel. After several days the frost can become thick enough to restrict airflow and noticeably reduce freezing efficiency. View E3 Evaporator fan fault High The compressor is audible and the evaporator at the back feels cold, but the main body of the freezer cabinet does not freeze because cold air is not being circulated by the fan. View E4 Compressor overheating High The compressor compartment and condenser area at the rear or base of the unit are significantly hotter than the slight warmth that is normal during operation, indicating that heat is not being dissipated properly. View E5 High temperature alarm High Ice cream loses structure and firmness, meat feels soft and may begin to show liquid, and frozen vegetables have partially defrosted — confirming the cabinet has been above the safe freeze temperature for a significant period. View E6 System / PCB fault High The temperature display, alarm, and compressor control may all behave erratically or stop responding because the control board is in a fault state and cannot execute its normal control loop.
