Common Symptom
E1
Cooktop overheating
High
One or more zones stop heating while set to boost or high power, particularly during prolonged cooking sessions.
View
E2
No compatible cookware
Low
Placing a pan on an induction zone and selecting power results in E2 appearing and no heat being generated — the pan stays cold.
View
E3
Coil sensor fault
High
One induction zone refuses to heat regardless of which pan is used — the zone display shows E3 immediately when that zone is selected.
View
E4
PCB communication fault
High
Touching any zone control or power level button produces no result — the cooktop is powered (display may be lit) but completely inoperative.
View
E5
Residual heat sensor fault
Medium
The residual heat warning symbol for one zone remains lit even after the cooktop has been completely cold for several hours, indicating a false-hot reading from the sensor.
View
E6
Supply voltage fault
High
When multiple zones are running at high power, all zones simultaneously cut out and E6 appears as the voltage sags below the acceptable minimum under the combined electrical load.
View
E7
Touch panel locked
Low
Touching zone power buttons or adjusting power levels has no effect — the cooktop appears powered but completely ignores all user inputs.
